We are currently experiencing integration problems with some bookings paid for via PayPal, If you complete a booking and receive a PayPal confirmation of payment but do not receive a separate e-mail confirmation directly from the Hotel then your reservation is not confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation from the hotel, please forward your PayPal confirmation by e-mail to reservations@thenest.im with your contact information and details of the booking you were trying to make. A member of our reservations team will then process your booking and forward you confirmation.
